Understanding ClickMeter Reporting

To review the data you have captured users have multiple path's they can take to view the data.  Each path is dependent upon the information they want to review or download to a CSV Excel file.  Please find below a few recommended  paths users can follow to view their reported data.  

*Things to remember

  • ClickMeter provides you the ability to record and report up to 35-individual data points 
  • The granularity of the data increases as you get more granular in the reporting <Highest LEVEL> Campaigns <Mid level> Tracking Links/Pixels <Specific level> Individual Tracking Links/Pixels
  • Using the grey wheel icon on the top right of any reporting page you can adjust the data points being viewed in the report from a pop up window
  • You can change the view of the "status" by clicking the multi-color box drop down on the top right

View campaign performance:
Dashboard > Reports > Campaigns

  • This will list all the campaigns you have setup within the ClickMeter dashboard
  • In this reporting section you have 13-data points you can choose to view (select by clicking the grey wheel icon)
  • Clicking the arrow facing down over a ____ allows you to download to a CSV file

View how tracking links/tracking pixels performed with a campaign:                                                                                                Dashboard > Reports > Campaigns > Select the Blue or pink bubble with # in it 

  • This will list all the tracking links (blue)/tracking pixel (pink) within a specific campaign
  • In this reporting section you have 14-data points you can Choose to view (select by clicking the grey wheel icon)
  • Clicking the arrow facing down over a ____ allows you to download to a CSV file

Individual link performance:                                                                                                                                                                   Dashboard > Reports > Campaigns > Select the Blue or pink bubble with # in it > Cursor over the tracking link you want to view specific details of > Select the "Actions" drop down > Click on Detailed reports > Snapshot drop down > Detailed reports

  • This will provide you with click by click details of the traffic that came through the tracking link or tracking pixel
  • In this reporting section you have 20-data points you can choose to view (select by clicking the grey wheel icon)
  • You can change the type of click (unique, non-unique, conversion, bot by selecting the) by clicking the "All types" multi-colored box on top right
  • Clicking the arrow facing down over a ____ allows you to download to a CSV file
  • To view the UTM/Parameter you will need to select the "Query Parameter" data point from the data point menu (Click the grey wheel icon on the top right of the list of events page)

To view clicks specific to a conversion:                                                                                                                                                     Dashboard > Conversions > click on the hyperlinked #

  • This will provide you with click by click details of the traffic that came through the conversion 
    • In this reporting section you have 23-data points you can choose to view (select by clicking the grey wheel icon)
    • You can change the type of click (unique, non-unique, conversion, bot by selecting the) by clicking the "All types" multi-colored box on top right
  • Clicking the arrow facing down over a ____ allows you to download to a CSV file
  • To view the UTM/Parameter you will need to select the "Query Parameter" data point from the data point menu (Click the grey wheel icon on the top right of the list of events page).

Live stream click reporting:                                                                                                                                                                      Dashboard > Reports > Event stream

  • This will provide you with click by click details in real-time
  • The default setting is to update clicks every 60-seconds
    • This can be adjusted to 5-seconds
    • In this reporting section you have 23-data points you can Choose to view (select by clicking the grey wheel icon)
    • You can change the type of click (unique, non-unique, conversion, bot by selecting the) by clicking the "All types" multi-colored box on top right
